I few months ago WhoWhatWear had a great post on when to wear flats and when to wear heels. I think its a great little graphic that makes it super easy to grab your shoes in the morning. I love half-updos. I know people think they are so middle school, but I think they look elegant and are perfect for work. Being able to keep my hair out of my eyes without always needing a ponytail is a must for the office. This one is soooo easy and so beautiful when done. I feel a little like Princess Kate.
