Countdown to my birthday is on and I am the lucky recipient of a new iPhone 6. My mom and dad treated me to new phone as my birthday present this year so that I would have tons of room for pictures and videos of the new baby. That 128GB will come in handy I am sure when I want to capture each and every moment.

I am so into sneakers right now. They are the perfect compliment to any look, although a good boat shoe can go a long way as well. Grey I think is perfect for the rest of the winter and transitioning into the spring and could potentially stay cleaner much longer than a white pair. What do you guys think? Sneaker or Boat Shoe?

I love this dress. The nautical stripes and bright colors are right up my alley. I also like that it is on the longer side with a full skirt. My Meme sent me a birthday check late last week and since this past weekend was the Kate Spade Spring Friends and Family sale, I used the discount and birthday money for this great dress. I just can't wait for it to arrive! Thanks Meme!

I am totally in love with the sheath dress right now. I think it is universally flattering on every woman and a piece that easily transitions from work to cocktails to dinner dates. I have this dress in black and am now in love with the pink! I also think it would look so great with this mixed material jacket from Rebecca Taylor. I love the play of the soft and hard that these two pieces blend together.

Christmas Morning PJs are a staple in my house. I love the button down PJ look but so prefer boxers to pants. I love it to be cold when I sleep and in pants its just to warm. I ordered these PJ Boxer sets from Victoria's Secret and I have my fingers crossed that they will be the perfect Christmas Morning outfit!

I am obsessed with this dress from Sail to Sable. I love the navy and the silk/velvet mix is just perfect for holiday parties. Also since it is sleveless it is the perfect style for me to wear in Southern California through the holidays. I mean its 80 degrees today in LA!

I am craving fresh flowers for the house. I added Bath and Body Works Wallflowers to the house on Monday and I love walking into the house that smells so wonderful, but I miss having fresh flowers in the house. I know it is completely off season but peonies are my favorite flower and I would love to have them fill my house year round.

I am kind of over our current bedding. I love how colorful it is but the comforter keeps sliding down from the top of the duvet and I am thinking I want something a little more grown up that suits both a husband and a wife. The duvet cover and shams we have been using are from my apartment before we moved in together and while they are super soft, I think we could use something that is a little fresher as well as suiting both the masculine and feminine. Enter Monogrammed Bedding. I love a monogram, especially one that has our married initials together and these two bedding options are cleaner lines that would suit Dan. I also think both would look great in our mint green room with our dark wood furniture. Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma always seem to have great options.

I am considering asking for this for Christmas this year. Thoughts?

I tried this sweater on last night at J.Crew and it is staying in my head. It is not part of their FALLSTYLE 25% off deal due to the leather details, but its oh so tempting. It's a really nice slouchy sweater that would look so good with skinny jeans or even shorts living out here in Southern California. Should I do it??
