Frozen

On Tuesday night Dan and I had a movie date to see Disney's Frozen. It was a wonderful movie that was full of music you just wanted to sing along to. Based on Hans Christen Andersen's "The Snow Princess," Frozen tells the story of two Norwegian sisters, Elsa and Anna.

Elsa is born with the power to control winter and ice, much like the Jack Frost character many of us know, while Anna is not. It follows the girls from childhood through Elsa's coronation many years later. Elsa's greatest challenge in life is learning to control her temper and her power, which often go hand in hand and as a result is terrified to let others in, including her sister.

The cast is wonderful and the music feels like the Disney movies I grew up with as a kid. If you are a lover of the classic Disney movies of the 80s and 90s, then Frozen can seriously not be missed.
