Today is Mardi Gras or as many may know it as Fat Tuesday. Mardi Gras makes me miss our friends Lorraine and Matt every year and wish that we were back in New Orleans visiting them for Mardi Gras. If you have never been, its worth a trip. It's an experience like no other!!
