The Grand Finale

Some of the ladies. Courtney, Britt, Kellie and I
This past weekend we celebrated the 10th and final Sloshball. For those who have not heard of Sloshball before, it is kickball where a keg replaces second base and a slip and slide replaces the run from third to home. Where you have to keep a beer in your hand at all times when fielding and take a Jell-O shot if you spill or beer or make an error. It's a day where you can just let lose and enjoy being silly with your friends.
Setting up the field.
We have dressed in a theme each year for our team and this year was no difference. After going with Team 'Merica, Tight and Bright and Flower Children, we went for a theme of GI Bros this year, complete with lots of camo. It was the perfect way to go out.

While not on the field playing, there are drinking games and sunshine to enjoy. We also took in a gorgeous sunset over the ocean before heading to a bar for the night. All in all another great year. It was the perfect last hurrah and I am said to see the tradition end. Thanks Donny for all the hard work putting this on year after year!
